Commercialcarpetdistributors.com guarantees your total satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the merchandise for a refund with the following guidelines: All returns require a Return Authorization Number. You may obtain an authorization number by calling CCD. When you receive a return authorization number you will be given shipping instructions.
No returns on any rolls less than 100 feet. No returns on custom products. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and restocking fees of up to 35%. All requests for return must be made within 7 days of you receiving the product.
All carpets need to be inspected before installation. Once the carpet has been cut and/or installed it cannot be returned.
Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed on any products.
